Cancellation Policy
Most orders you place with Dr. Shrink, Inc. enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.
- If your order hasn’t shipped: You can cancel the order by contacting Dr. Shrink Customer Service at 800-968-5147 8AM – 6PM EST Monday through Friday for information on cancelling orders.
- If your order has already shipped: Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you’ll need to refuse delivery and contact Dr. Shrink Customer Service at 800-968-5147 8AM – 6PM EST Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for all associated shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.
